Coach throws BP from behind the L-screen. Everyone not hitting shags.

Set up

L-screen about 12 m from home. Thrower behind it. Fielders at positions.

You need: L-screen, bucket of balls, helmets

Steps

  1. Two rounds of eight swings
  2. Hitters rotate in pairs: hitter and on-deck
  3. Fielders play every ball and return it to the bucket
