Set up

Partners 3 m apart, both set in the backhand position: glove foot crossed over, glove shoulder at the partner.

You need: Gloves, balls

Roll a ground ball to your partner's backhand side so they field it without moving
Field it staying low, eyes on the ball, glove pushing through
Come up to a throwing position, then roll one back

Roll it harder, or a little further away so they have to reach.
