Backhands off the bat: cross over, stay low, pick it and hold it for a second.

Steps

1. Coach hits a ground ball to the backhand side
2. Cross the glove foot over, stay low, eyes on the ball
3. Pick it and hold it still for a second
4. Toss it aside, back of the line, ten each
